Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening applicants for a variety of technical roles within this dynamic organization. Candidate must be strong in hiring a variety of core software engineering positions responsible for building a new software platform and computer vision engineers that are top of field at all levels to help us create things that don't yet exist. Work location TBD for the right candidate!
Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions;
Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties;
Write job descriptions;
Match applicants to job openings;
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels;
Review applications, conduct phone screens and on-site interviews;
Instruct candidates on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview;
Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and candidate; Conduct reference checks;
Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits; Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses;
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
Cutting edge Technical knowledge and competencies;
Extensive knowledge of core software skills and the ability to evaluate resumes accordingly;
5+ years’experience as a Technical Recruiter;
Experience working in a technical role is a plus;
Strong team player;
Highly organized and excellent planner;
Top notch negotiation skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Sense of humor is a must
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.
