You can delete your Qikspace account directly in the Android app:
You can choose to delete your entire account or only interactions associated with a specific Emissary.
If you prefer using a browser, you can also access the account deletion page through the web portal (login required): Open account deletion page.
If you are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@qikspace.com. Please include your account email or username in your request.
When you delete your account, we delete:
Content that has been shared with other users may remain accessible to those users, depending on how it was shared.
Some limited information may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, and security. We may also retain copies of your information for backup purposes for a limited period of time.
Account deletion requests are processed within one month of receipt and verification of identity. And potentially an addition of 2 months for complex requests
We use trusted third-party service providers such as cloud storage, analytics, and payment processing to operate our service. These providers may process your data on our behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
